GENERAL BOARD MEETING

The public comment/forum will only be at the beginning of the General Board Meeting and each speaker will be given 3 minutes.

Instructions to pre-register for the General Board Meeting:

You must pre-register for the General Board Meeting whether you are attending in person or via ZOOM videoconferencing. 

BY EMAIL:  Email must be received by 11:00 a.m. on the Meeting day.

1. Go to website:  www.swdelcoma.org
2. Click “Contact Us”
3. Fill in Your Name and Your Email Address
4. In the Comment/Message section, provide your service address and then type: Pre-Register for Board Meeting and indicate whether you will attend in person or via ZOOM.
5. Click “Submit”

You will be emailed the ZOOM information prior to the meeting.

BY VOICEMAIL:  Voicemails must be received by 11:00 a.m. on the Meeting day.

2. Leave name and service address and indicate whether you will attend in person or via ZOOM.

You will receive a return phone call with the attendance information prior to the meeting.
