The SWDCMA Customer Portal provides customers full access to their account transaction information and enables customers to make payments on their SWDCMA account by either using their debit or credit card or with an e-check, for a small convenience fee.
Customers now have two options when making a payment:
Option 1 – Check Out with Quick Pay – allows customers to simply pay their bill without accessing their account
Option 2 – Log In – requires customers to register a User Account* allowing full access to their SWDCMA account, including the option of paying their bill
When you are on the Customer Portal, please click on Customer Information in the upper right corner of the menu bar for step-by-step instructions on creating your User Account.
After clicking Accept and Continue below, you will be taken to the Customer Portal.
