The Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority (SWDCMA) in Aston Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, is responsible for a sewage treatment facility that serves Aston Township and portions of Chester, Middletown, Upper Chichester and Upper Providence townships and Chester Heights Borough in Delaware County.
The Authority, created in 1957 by the Aston Township Board of Commissioners, was put in place to build and operate a four million-gallon-per-day wastewater treatment plant. In 1992 the capacity of the sewage treatment facility was expanded to six million gallons per day.
Business Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Payments can be made in person during office hours. The Authority accepts cash, check, or money orders at the office. Mailed payments should be addressed to the Post Office Box listed below. The Authority cannot accept credit card payments at this time.
