Instructions for submitting a question regarding agenda items:

BY EMAIL: Email must be received by Monday, May 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.

1. Go to website: www.swdelcoma.org
2. Click "Contact Us"
3. Fill in Your Name and Your Email Address
4. In the Comment/Message section, provide your service address and then type your question to be presented to the Board of Directors.
5. Click "Submit"

BY VOICEMAIL: Voicemails must be received by Monday, May 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.:

2. Leave name and service address
3. Leave question

Instructions for pre-registering to listen to the Board Meeting:

You must pre-register to listen to the Board Meeting. All requests for listening to the meeting must be received by Monday, May 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.
