The Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority (SWDCMA) in Aston Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, is responsible for a sewage treatment facility that serves Aston Township and portions of Chester, Middletown, Upper Chichester and Upper Providence townships and Chester Heights Borough in Delaware County.
The Authority, created in 1957 by the Aston Township Board of Commissioners, was put in place to build and operate a four million-gallon-per-day wastewater treatment plant. In 1992 the capacity of the sewage treatment facility was expanded to six million gallons per day.
Business Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Payments can be made in person during office hours, by mail or via this web site. The Authority accepts cash, check, money order, Master card, Visa, or Discover payments. Credit card payments can be made in person at the office, by telephone (610-494-1335) or via the web site (click on "pay your bill" in the left column).
